HydroWet is a concentrated surface-active agent specially formulated to improve the wetting ability of water, particularly on hydrophobic materials.
HydroWet assists in obtaining smaller water droplet size and helps break the surface tension of water particles. This enhances the attraction of the water particles to the dust particles and increases the water droplets’ performance as a wetting agent.
The addition of HydroWet to water helps to reduce the surface tension thus enabling water to penetrate the roadbed, keeping it moist for longer achieving good compaction and a dust free surface.
HydroWet has a cumulative effect in suppressing dust on temporary roads, thus saving on water usage and water cart operating costs and making it far superior to when water is used as a dust abatement agent.
